Processing and Shipping Information:
- Processing Time: 4 weeks after design approval. Depending on size and detail, a wood piece takes 4 to 6 weeks to create.
- Weight and Shipping: Real wood pieces are heavy. Shipping details, including cost, will be discussed during the initial conversation. Final shipping prices are determined at the time of shipping and billed separately.
- Local Pick-Up: Available to save on shipping costs. Select the local pick-up option at checkout, and we’ll arrange a pick-up appointment.
- Customers Outside the Continental U.S.: Please email trigoncreations@gmail.com to discuss your order. We’ll provide exact shipping costs before you place your order.
